Black Bean & Corn Salsa

A simple salsa which can be used on virtually any thing!

Black Bean and Corn Salsa
Adapted from Cooking Light: Way to Cook

1 can black beans
1 cup frozen whole-kernel corn, thawed
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 red bell pepper, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Serve as you wish!
